Testimonies from Antioch, CA
Here's some of the healings that happened in Antioch:
While we were laying hands on people throughout the congregation, I got a word of knowledge about the name Rueben, and I asked if there was anybody present named Rueben...or even family members. Nobody responded, until a few minutes later, a lady walked up to me and told me that when she was 3, a man named Rueben abused her, and she just the day before she was afraid that he had died. It had been a long time since she had seen him. I prayed for her and led her through forgiveness, and then some of the girls (Chris and Jazmyn I think) prayed over her too. I also had another man come up to me and tell me that his brother's name is Rueben, and he didn't know God, and he wanted me to pray for him so he'd come to the Lord. There was even a 3rd person who had a relative named Rueben that came up to me. What a specific word of knowledge!
We had a lady who had burning pain in her legs as a result of Multiple Sclerosis. During the healing phase of the meeting, God removed the pain in her legs! We also had a lady named Marilynn who was praying for another lady who had diabetes. At one point in the meeting, I felt fire touching my left hand in the palm area, so I announced that some people are experiencing fire in their left hand. A few minutes later, Marilynn said when I said that, she felt the fire in her left and and she laid it on the lady's back near her pancreas. The lady said she felt heat inside of her when Marilynn laid her hand on her. Marilynn felt the fire of God going through her arm into the lady's body. I believe diabetes was being healed. We also had a man named Tito whose left arm was in a lot of pain because of tendonitis. He had been wearing a brace on his arm, but he decided before coming to church that night to take it off. He wasn't able to lift stuff before. But God healed him, removed all pain, and Tito was able to lift the church chairs with no problem!! We also had a lady whose doctor told her that the hearing loss in one of her ears was 100%. She was completely deaf in one ear. I can't remember now if it was the right or left. Her ear opened up, and she could now hear normal again! She could hear me whisper to her! We also had a man who had blurry vision who was healed. He could read better afterwards. We had a young girl named "Dora" I think, and she had had scoliosis since very early in life. Josh prayed for her, and her leg grew out about an inch or so. The scoliosis was completely healed.
On our treasure hunts I had bull dog written on my list. When we got to our location, there was a man walking his dog. It was a bulldog. We approached him, his name was Robert, and he was tatooed all over his body. I shared with him how we were on a treasure hunt, and he was on our list (bulldog). I even showed him the list, and I asked him if he needed pray for anything. He said no, but we snuck some prophetic words in there anyway!
Later, we were down by the port area of Antioch near the bay, and I had port written on my list. Marilynn had on her list "rocking horse" and there was a man playing horse shoes. She decided that it was close enough, and so I asked them man if he happened to have pain in his right thigh? (That was on my list). He said he actually had pain in his right knee because of a bike accident where he fell and his knee hit the railroad track. Mark and Marilynn prayed for him and while they were praying, I asked him how it was feeling. He said it was burning like a "son of a gun." By the time we were done praying, he could bend his leg like he couldn't before! His pain was gone.
We had such a fun time on the trip. Everybody felt so free to be themselves, which is so important to me. And so much happened fruit wise. It was a huge success. I had so much fun.
